Default Imitation Is The Sincerest Form Of Flattery

Well it seems to me that the inspiring efforts by our Tom has inspired many others with a deep appreciation of Gord's genius to try to emulate Gahoendoe with varying levels of interest and success. When I mentioned this to Tom at the pre Saturday Massey Hall concert dinner he seemed unconcerned commenting along the lines of my subject for this thread

with a new entrant just spotted there are now the following on youtube:-
  1. a Canadian from Northern Ontario, Mike the "krazykritic"

  1. who has now created some 25 videos see:-
    http://www.youtube.com/subscription_...?s=92BOAFMjRUY
  2. duinnerfs
a limited range of 4 videos see:-
    http://www.youtube.com/subscription_...?s=1BmlqKKeNPM
  3. also "gony82" with a further two see:-
    http://www.youtube.com/subscription_...?s=cbmmS2t_r_U

plus a set of six videos by guitarman2214 to enable viewers to hear 6 tracks from TheTwo Tones album whilst
staring at a boring and unchanging scan of the album cover artwork:-
    http://www.youtube.com/subscription_...?s=Z-H_PZLRg80

    and
  4. "helmazz"
had 3 GL videos but all 3 have now been "removed due to terms of use violation"
    http://www.youtube.com/subscription_...?s=Mw7FY6K5gkE
  5. And now there is a very new addition of a nice "Fitz" video uploaded on June 20th

    by
"brokestocker" who is apparently and not too surprisingly a stockbroker!!

IMHO it features a nice selection of images including a Detroyit Newspaper

[*]and my own favourite Fitzpic the very colourful sunset painting
[/LIST]Tom himself and his talented and dedicted group are now up to 78 vistories

that second posting was not a mistake but had to do with how I thought the first was going to look like after posting using a local unsecured fast WiFi connection from my favourite toy my incredibly capable Nokia N900 Internet Tablet. I would by now have deleted the first posting thread completely, but not for the first time when I click on the "edit" button instead of getting a choice of editing or deleting the delete option is missing. I have tried several times using both dial up and wifi but no luck. perhaps the kindly moderator lady will read this and put me out of my misetry
The reason that the Detroit newspaper scan picture did not display initially was that all my usual methods for uploading pix to my website are feeling liverish today!!
I thought I had had the patience to ensure the picture had got uploaded but obviously I ran short of it on the lethargic dial-up connection!!!

Understood perfectly, and thanks for the beautiful pic of the Fitz. I had it but lost it, so now it's going back on file and I can use it on my desktop, as wallpaper, that I do change from time to time...
