Very well discovered Char, your "humble opinion" is spot on a truly stunning set of Toronto pix to whet the appetite for next week
I think my favourite is the paler one showing the CN Tower at:-
http://www.flickr.com/photos/picture...7607292119834/
I really wanted to display it here but that particular Flickr Adobe flash slideshow is stunning in its lack of any facilty to either display or save any individual picture.
No problem I thought , because in such cases of presumably protected pictures I usually resort to making a screenshot.
accordingly I tried every wile that I know as presented in my exhaustive and some would say exhausting but undoubtedly stunning tutorial at:-
http://johnfowles.org.uk/Tutorials/s...s_tutorial.htm
but the result in every case was either that the image file could not be opened or displayed the unhelpful red square in a white box
The one thing I did not try was to print the picture then scan the print
It is possible that using the built in screenshot facility on a MAC might work where Windoze has failed me
If anybody else can find a way to make a screenshot of any of these Toronto pictures and display it here I would be delighted to know their method including the complete itemised procedure

I have to say that I enjoyed seeing the pics myself, especially the ones that were apparently at sundown. Nice shots.
