Default A name for Gord's "sidesmen"??

at last a thread has appeared on the Newsgroup that is not spam and is well worth reading. It is about suggestions for a name for the GL "sidesmen" and was started by one Landon Johnson who does not appear to have been in any way active internet wise for over a decade!! I have suggested he pose his question here as he is sure to get a better response. Meanwhile do go to:-

Richard Harrison and Ron Jones' reminiscences are priceless IMHO

interesting - our ball team in the arts league played against Barry a few times in late 70s and or early 80s - however sweathogs or hogs was not the name of that this particular team of his but we both played on several teams (meaning all the more post game pretzels and beers at the wheatsheaf or elsewhere ) ...good to see ng alive again, although on life support

btw, last image i have of keane is he playing a slick shortstop, much like his onstage execution

Dorkdog is Landon; Landon is Dorkdog

I was checking the newsgroups (that's how we all chatted when I was around 10 years ago) and saw in my thread an invitation to come over here and register.

I've been lurking here for almost a year - 4 posts - well, 5 now.

I see the newsgroups are nothing but spam and porn now... so sad.

I think I'm gonna can the newsgroup and spend more time over here at - where am I?

Landon
