Sounds like about some man who's having trouble ask his local pastor for help and just from how the song ends it sounds like the man is still not a peace.
Interestingly the song was written by Kerry Chater who was Canadian and was also part of Gary's Band.
I did type up Kerry's website and found nothing about the song.
