Toronto the Good. Images of "bad" activity
Well, it's kinda lame compared to sex scandals and fraudulent expense claims but there may have been some lying involved (by a politician, what a shocker) and could be moving images showing big guy mayor smoking something that wasn't tobacco. Plus some audio with PI opinions. Some of the images may be disturbing. I find the one at the Blue Jay game very disturbing. A reminder of a bad season. Toronto the Bad....but Leaf goalies are looking pretty good, eh?

edit: well, i am editing because i dint think its right to bring this thread to the top when there are discussions of veterans and integrity....but, i think i was wrong about this scandal being "lame"....it ranks up there, yes it does

I hope they're also at work on the gas plant scandal and where the $1 billion-plus went. Maybe looking into where George Smitherman got his drugs might be a good project, too ...

Re: Toronto the Good. Images of "bad" activity
yeah, tg... maybe police and media resources can now be reassigned... and city hall continue with business at hand... this has pushed Miley right of the newpapers's homepages
i do scan my 20 free online articles per month., char, looking for KW's work
thanks for the link, cos i missed these pics... maybe the mayor should have used his smarts and been peeing in those empty bottles... i always have a hard time finding a trash bin or recycling container or a public washroom (other than Tim's!) whenever i'm driving or walking around the GTA.... maybe the mayor can put that initiative on his bucket list if he chooses to stay in office
if i were him i'd head for the cottage with or without mom. bro and family, a case of diet Pepsi and watch some football ...and put up camera around the property in case of intruders... that's the world be now live in... we're all starring in our own Truman show

Re: Toronto the Good. Images of "bad" activity
way to go, KW! ... i actually saw something this morning and some pics but couldnt find Kenyon in any and also didn't think he'd be playing that genre but nice to see him with e-guitar in hand
i think one of the singer gals was the gutsy one who agreed to go into the parking lot vehicle to view cellphone vid... glad Kenyon didn't have to do that
i didnt realize she had spent several years trying to achieve her ambitions
edit: its not fair to single her out... i learned many have been driven by this
Toronto Star apologizes to the Ford administration. - YouTube
i think that deputy mayor guy suits Toronto's stereotypical, non-brash, nature very well... Doug Holyday? too bad he's not available if the big guy wants to take a time out for his family and himself... i bet he misses coaching those minority kids (is it PI to use that term?)... so many losers in all of this, so am very glad Kenyon was able to help win over the judges and raise some funds for a good cause

and a whole bunch of other 'projects' they could be spying on (police anyhow, i don't care how the news people spend their dollars)
i've heard of this guy before, and after hearing him speak here, i find him entertaining...not necessarily talking total sense, but a few points here and there
http://www.torontosun.com/videos/2793625462001
and in that video you actually see media people right on the mayor's property...i wouldn't have displayed the same self control that the mayor shows... he is a former football player and so to walk on his personal turf and shove a camera in his face takes a lot of guts... or maybe it just shows how competitive it is to be the one to first get the scoop (fact or fiction) in that industry... the TMZ bug has come north... and there is no shortage of an audience up here for that stuff

can anyone tell what she says in full? "in 2012 we are going to be on you like a hungry, impoverished child is on their ________ nutrition program" ???

Re: Toronto the Good. Images of "bad" activity
Just our of Curiosity, how long has me been mayor?
Hate to think he's been in office for years, perhaps liked by millions and to finally get into such trouble.

Re: Toronto the Good. Images of "bad" activity
i think he's been on city council for about 14 years... mayor for 3... 1 more year to go before re-elected, lol... or maybe he will step aside any day
hey, i found cool pic of Kenyon here and tried to post another of him centre stage but my 10 (i thought it was 20, maybe that's the other papers) free monthly articles expired
i went to the website for the event but couldnt find songlists... sounds like a well supported event...lots of energy and fun...those dancer gals wore very short shorts, glad that's still PC

not sure what trouble there's been or is or will be for him and his cast of characters but isn't this a terrific visual for those of us who don't settle long enough to read oodles of text and paragraphs? i want all data fed presented to my eyes in this fashion
