Default Porter Wagoner Show.

For those here in the US there's a channel called RFD-TV which show programs related to the rural lifestyle.

One of the shows is Porters Wagoner's weekly series that ran in the 60's and 70's. If you watched it you're probably aware one of the regulars was Dolly Parton who was discovered on his show.

Today I saw the episode which I'm guessing was Dolly's last appearance and while perhaps it was time for her to move on, I understand they had a fallout and many say Porter was a chauvinistic fellow.

Dolly performed "I Will Always Love You" which was written as a result of their problems and it just seemed so sad to watch it and she sang it.

Wonder what it was like after that last episode was taped between the 2 of them? Was it a friendly good-bye or nothing said?
