....and in other big (but overshadowed) golf news this past month, Mike received the Order of Canada...besides being a little/big golf champ, he and his wife have a wonderful kids foundation....congrats to a totally class guy who has never given a poor interview, imo

i remember watching him along with a handful of other fans, standing around the green at a nice local course about a decade ago as he won an event on the Canadian Tour....my girlfriend at the time had commented "why are we out here standing around watching all these nobodies?"....i don't think i answered and gave the "shhh, someone's putting" gesture....anyhow, i'm glad he's now being honoured as a somebody

He's a great guy from all accounts I've read and seen and deserve the accolades he receives now. He's not full of himself at all and you're right - he does give great interviews.
