I'd always wondered what the story was behind the song. Never thought that that was what the story was. I suppose that her memories of that day had to be good ones. It makes me wonder what Julian thought when he heard the news of her passing. It sort of makes me laugh a little tom think that Lennon may have met her at the Pearly Gates with open arms & a big smile.
