CBC Archives - is there something similar out there?

this place is truly wonderful if you've not discovered that already in sifting through Lightfoot clips found here

check out the Great Interviews or the various Categories of other radio and tv video audio and video...if you come across any particular clip that you'd recommend, i'd appreciate it and so may some others...they certainly can transcend you back in time

i wondered if there is a similar link to other network archives that Americans might know of such as PBS, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC or whatever? what about BBC or networks from Australia or beyond...live music video would be most welcomed but anything at all might be interesting to browse

i get CBC archive alerts every day..I'm always checking things out..
i wish other stations did the same..

is there also a youtube type alert that tells you when a new GL video or cover is posted? how about new articles in general? how about when anyone at all twitters the word Lightfoot? (ok, i was serious up til that last thought)
