Default Thumbnails anyone ?

I was wondering if it's possible to confine pictures and illustrations to thumbnail size first. For example, if one wished to see a full size picture of "Trigger", they could decide, based on the same picture first being presented in a thumbnail format.

Great idea Ron, picture for years have been the subject of dissention. Copying the same picture as people quote over and over, this is hideous for people with dial up. I love being able to read the articles and see pictures of Gord, but I have to admit that I would rather not have the ability to post pictures because it gets so out of hand. For some reason nearly every thread HAS to have a picture (or 20) in it.

Hi Ron & Brink,

This makes perfect sense, Ive tried it with Trigger and it works. Is this good {better} for dial up users ?

Sorry for my not understanding...

Respectfully yours,

Perfect ! Thank you.

I believe you can also post multiple thumbnail photos within a single post. This would have been ideal for the "Another concert added" thread that meandered into numerous photos of Ovation guitars.

That was my understanding also.....but where there's a will....there's a way.

One can only ask that those with flash-dash internet connections be sympathetic to the plight of those of us who have yet to discover the wheel.

My personal 'rule of thumb' (or perhaps thumbnails) was to limit full size photos/graphics where a certain impact was desired. When posting multiple photos I restricted myself to the thumbnails.
