Involved in a T-Bone lastnight
Well yours truly surely knows how to pick the right car to smash up.... on my way to the Toronto airport lastnight when this full size van in the left lane on the 403 Hamilton started to fishtale and spun out in front of me and I had nowhere to go but T-Bone it with the Cadillac I had... I'm ok so was the other guy, although from what he said his wife was gonna give him hell for even being out lastnight ( me I had no choice I had to drive)..
What a way to end the day!

Re: Involved in a T-Bone lastnight
I did the drive way yesterday, it was not bad. {Brink} or someone else is sending us another 25 to 30 cm... That's about close to one more foot of the white stuff, for this Sunday...
But it's nothing compared to those 5 States that were hit by that vicious Tornado. I wonder if we have some Corfidians over there, or some that know someone from those states. Devastating videos on CNN...

Re: Involved in a T-Bone lastnight
Just a reply, we did have some very fierce and fatal tornados here on Tuesday, the fatality count as of this morning was 55 I believe. Very frighting and I hope you all will remember all that lost family and homes during these terrible storms.

Re: Involved in a T-Bone lastnight
Glad to see your OK Rainbow Trout, I kind a thought we had someone from Tennessee on this board. Very unfortunate for the lost ones. Sending best wishes your way...

Glad to hear you're okay Gord H. I hit a deer a couple of months back but that's NOTHING compared to what you went through.

I'd heard that 48 lives have been lost due to all the tornados in the Southeast. . I thought we were going to get a lot of bad weather here in south Georgia but it passed north of us. We didn't get but a little sprinkle (although it clouded up pretty bad and the wind blew pretty good.) Glad to hear you made it through.

Re: Involved in a T-Bone lastnight
Gord H, glad you are okay and still around to tell the tale.
I take it the roads must be slick in Toronto?
Do you guys get a lot of snow up that way?
We have lots of flooding from all the rain and the snow that melted. It was 65 degrees on Tuesday with thunder storms and tonight it is freezing with 5 degrees predicted for the weekend.
We live right on a creek(Sugar Creek) and it has turned into a raging river.
Rainbow Trout, glad you made it through the storms okay. My prayers and thoughts go out to all the folks that are suffering down your way.

Glad to hear you are all right. Probably a good thing in a way that you were in a Cadillac. They look like really safe cars.
