Thank you all very kindly. I had to compete with Mother's Day but a good time was had by all. After visiting my Mom we headed to the beach for a stroll on the boardwalk and an early dinner. I gave the old guy playing his amplified harmonica some money, have to support live acts, eh ?
One of my presents was an iTunes gift card so if anyone has any suggestions...
Thanks again,
Bill

Thanks again everyone. All is well, Spring has sprung, the pool is open (chilly for most folks) so life is good. Most days I feel 24 or 34 but surely not 54, LOL.
Yes I'm diving in dressed in my running garb, I like to shock myself after running. Go figure. (yes I do kick off my kicks)

i'm hoping to open the pool this weekend...if the weather gets hot the water temp might rise and with the bubble cover on I won't need to turn the gas heater on..
you're a brave young ( ) man Bill - I like my water temp 85+..

They left a spot for a heater, but so far that spot is empty, LOL. When I have some disposable cash I might go for it. Until then I'm at the mercy of the weather to heat the water.
Bill
It was 70 F that day, the water that is.

Nice looking place Bill, I like the landscaping. That pics reminds of of that episode of Northern Exposure when Maurice dives off that cliff into the water.
How many miles do you run per day? What MPH are you running at?

Thanks Al,
Right now I'm running 30 miles a week with the long run at about 10 miles. I'll work that up over the next few months for a marathon (26.2 miles) coming up in November. The details are boring so I PMd you to avoid putting the crowd to sleep.
My wife takes credit for most of the landscaping, I just swim in it, LOL.
Bill
