To everyone,

I hope you all enjoy a prosperous & healthy 2007. May your wishes come true & your prayers be answered. And I hope you all make whatever effort is required to get up & get out, travel if you have to, and see a 2007 Gordon Lightfoot show. You will regret it if you don't.

Peace Be With You,

Bill

I've lost 3 loved ones in 2006. Earlier in March, a co-worker died of a heart attack, and only a few months ago, my two cousins died in a car accident.

Of course, 2006 wasn't all bad. Twas the year I got my Class B license, and I got 3 new Gord albums: Shadows (early in the year) Summer Side Of Life, and Endless Wire. Johnny Cash's American V also came out this year I believe.

And Saddam Hussein was executed right here at the end. Good riddence.

Thank you Bill for the well wishes. I totally love your positive attitude. My husband and I lost our 37 year old son last year. ( We spent some time with Gordon after a few concerts a few months later. :D For me there has always been some special magic in seeing and getting a hug from
Gordon that is truly healing.

I don't want to have any regrets so I plan to see the guys four nights in a row starting Jan.31,2007. It is a very busy time for the small business my wonderful husband and I have. I will try to post some of the pics we have taken over the years when I have time.

Sending lots of prayer and positive vibes to everyone out there. Let's make 2007 the very best it can be.

I will add my best wishes to one and all for 2007 also. Having been given a second chance at life thanks to the discovery of a brain tumour before it did any damage, I truly have a new appreciation for life and living.

Take care, all, and seize the day. Second chances don't come often.

David, I am sorry to hear about the brain tumour. That must have been a terrible experience to go through. Glad you are a survivor and here to chat. :D I have read the posts from the people here who support those with medical issues. Hope you will all be there for me when needed.

I think you are an awesome group of people and feel so blessed to have found you.

Best wishes for a happy and healthy 2007 to you, your family and friends. Of course we all wish Gordon and his family and friends (us) the same.

Fondly,
Dream Street Rose

Happy New year to all!

....and before the year ends, please, give a moment of silence for all that have "traveled on" this year.

Famous or not.

See ya next year!
