How was your holiday?

Did everyone have a nice christmas? How did you spend it?

I had a good day.We spent the first part of the day with my BF's folks,then went over to my folks
house in the early evening hours.

I cooked a turkey with trimmings all by myself for the 1st time (for 10 people) and to my delight it all came out great and everyone ate everything in sight. Success! :D

had an outdoor bbq in freeezing cold weather..

christmas is usually hot here but we had a cold snap from the south that brought hail and cold winds along

Quiet here. Our daughter (17) wasn't even up until after 9, our son (23) stopped by at 10. We had our regular roast beef dinner and I called my sisters and brothers.

The only worry was my sister in Atlanta who I'd been unable to reach by phone for more than a week and was supposed to fly up on the 26th. Turns out [a] she developed a blood clot in her leg, so the doctors wouldn't let her fly anyway, and [b] Cingular and Bell South screwed up both her home and cell phones so she had to use a payphone to contact them and get her service back, which will take 7-10 days.

Which version of Canterville Ghost? The classic Charles Laughton one? Or the Sir John Gielgud TV movie - both good.
