Was out fishing in the Burlington Ont area yesterday for some perch with a couple of friends of mine.

Ended up with about 30 or so fish... :D


It was a warm sunny day!

You sure you caught those fish in Burlington bay?
They don't have two heads and five tails! That STELCO effluent can be mighty potent! LOL
...and not a "Rainbow Trout" amongst them!

Do you eat perch, Gord? They're wormy up here, at least in the summer. I guess they're edible in May and June, though. I've caught a bunch of them, but have never eaten one.

Hi Cathy: Yes I do eat them... I eat perch all year round up here. Lake Ontario is frigid 24/7 365 days a year.
