Ok all you Martin fans. Check this auction on eBay. It is the real deal. My best buddy Dave checked it earlier today (Feb 21), for the owner. He was excited, so it must be a beauty.

I saw that the other night. The price has risen by $100,000, though.
I think it's a little too expensive for my pocketbook!

You could buy a nice house in Maryland for the current bid ! Yikes... and the reserve hasn't been met...
Bill
On the Eastern Shore of Maryland that is, LOL.

Im sure a lot of you know this, but Im gone a print it for maybe someone who does not know The Martin guitar factory issued a D-18-GL Signature guitar. Only a small amount, one who actualy owns one, would be a very lucky person. I know JP Cormier is the proud owner of one.

A few posters here also own the signature guitar. The pic you posted is not of the Lightfoot model tho.

It's a gorgeous guitar and JP plays Lightfoot tunes wonderfully. Seeing him last year at the Lightfoot trib show in Toronto was great. He's a funny guy and an amazing, amazing performer/singer/songwriter.
here's some info:

My old D-15 is the Cadillac of guitars, even if it has been wrecked.
