OK it's is amazing what can be achieved with animated gif files, where a small "video" file can be created by linking a suitable series of still pixs .Just don't let Mary someday see such a picture of a black and white cat!!!
The bestest one that I recall seeing and saving was of the spectacular crash of a Russian jet at an air display many years ago at RAF Fairford in England:-

not really that funny but as you can see the pilot ejected and survived

Having posted that gif I did some googling and found a great site of aviation accident videos including a longer spectacular proper colo(u)r video of that crash, including the mid-air collision at:-
http://www.alexisparkinn.com/photoga...s/Migcrash.mpg
two pieces of advice:-
1. the video file is quite large so for dialups patience while it completely downloads is required
2. there are a host of aviation videos incuding more crashes at:-
http://www.alexisparkinn.com/aviation_videos.htm#Videos
3. just do not watch them if you are going to be flying very soon .
Else the airline will be bililng you for laundering their seats!!!

Good Find Fennell
But
to use the Instant UBB Code for displaying pix it is essential to eliminate any included spaces, asyou can see above you had a space after
I'll try again for you:-

eeew.I saw in the UK daily Telegraph emailed bulletin on my birthday March 10th an article entitled
"On the menu today (in a specialty restaurant in China)..........at:-
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main...17/wfood17.xml
It took ages to load probably because everybody and his uncle were all trying to see it at the same time!!!

Quite fascinating and I noted a really disgusting photograph there which I displayed here but Char correvctly decided to delete my purile display link

To make up for this I had edited my earlier posting to remove the display of the distressing picture fennell tried display above
This message was further edited 11 March by John Fowles because after Char deleted the disgusting picture link my original text then made no sense but if you do not have a weak stomach the link will reveal all
apologies to those who saw the picture and were offended

Exactly James ,but then this is in a "civilised" country that supplies approximately 98% of what we buy in American shops and I believe close to 100% of Walmart's offerings. I well recall my first ever visit to Derby in the middle of England in mid 1959 for an interview for an apprenticeship at Rolls-Royce. walking from the railway station I passed what might have been the first Chinese restaurant that I ever saw. Later when living in Derby I heard strong rumours that very few pet dogs remained in the vicinity of said establishment eeeww
