The Dan Fogelberg thread prompted me to let you know that one of Corfid's original posters 2Much2Lose (2M2L) is currently battling colon cancer. He hasnt posted here in a while but he remains a devoted and loyal Lighthead. He goes back for reversal surgery on March 14 before tackling 6 months of Chemo. But us Lightheads are tough, right? He will get thru this. Good thoughts and prayers will be much appreciated.
Thanks, guys.

I dont beleive I've ever chatted with {2M2L}. Very sad to hear of course... All the best to him, for a speedy recovery.

Bru, thinking of you and David often. Tell him he has good wishes from Colorado....
I have confidence that he will recover from this just fine. As you said we are a tough bunch.

I'll second that. More good wishes from Colorado. Give David my love, and the same goes for you.

Bru, please tell David he's in my thoughts, and I'm sending some good, old fashion healing power from Maine.

It's so encouraging to read your posts and I know how pleased David is to hear from you all.
Many thanks to all who know him and to the others who have yet had the dubious pleasure
Bless you for caring.

Prayers & best wishes from MD, I remember 2M2L when he was a fairly prolific poster but have never had the pleasure of a face-to-face. Hang in there.

Thanks, Bill.

With the request for prayers and healing so strong right now, I'm jumping in again to remind you that our Lighthead buddy, David (2M2L) will be undergoing further surgery tomorrow - Mar 14th.
Good Luck, David!

I'll be looking forward to meeting 2M2L at Massey next year, and I'll keep him in my prayers until then, and send all my positive thoughts his way for a full recovery!

Don't remember David, but may God heal him and see he and his family through this tough time. All things are possible with God. May God also guide his doctors and all those who will be taking care of him on this day and days to come. Amen!

adding plenty of good thoughts and prayers, Bru

certainly recall the pleasure of meeting David, but didn't have many lengthy conversations because as well as being a big Gord fan, David is also a versatile, talented, keyboard playin, NON-stop, Lightfoot anthology jukebox!

hope the procedure went smooth and he's got a bedside keyboard to help him try maintain a happy headspace during the road ahead...all the best, 2M2L and to you too, broo

regards,
jj

JJ, you are such a sweetie! David will LOVE your post when he reads it. THanks, buddy!

The re-connection 'precedure' did NOT go to plan. He has, yet another, 10in wound and a fever of 104.He is nil-by-mouth so cannot even take a drink. Our poor buddy is really suffering. Keep the prayers and healing thoughts heading towards NJ, please.
And, again, thank you all.

as soon as I hear from him, I will post the latest. He's had a pretty rough week but was starting to feel better. Have not been able to contact him today. More later, hopefully.
Thanks for asking.
