This has got to be one of the coolest concert posters I have ever seen! I love how Gordon and Bob basically share equal billing. At first I almost had to wonder if the poster really was from 1965. I mean Dylan was huge in '65, but Gordon hadn't yet released his first album. Johnny Cash and Pete Seeger are basically listed as the supporting acts. I suppose 1965 really was the year where Gordon's reputation as an excellent singer/songwriter really started to take flight, I just didn't realize he was was sharing equal billing with Dylan at that point....course if it was up to me, I would've put Gordon at the top, with Dylan listed underneath.

Actually, he wasn't. I am surprised by that poster, but have to assume it is real. Dylan was the headline act, Sunday night. Gordon was part of the "New Folks" concert on Sunday afternoon, which also included Hamilton Camp and Mimi & Dick Farina. I have the program of the "New Folks" session on the Hamilton Camp website here: http://hamiltoncamp.com/Musician.asp

I am rather surprised that there was a poster giving Lightfoot almost equal billing with Dylan, because he was definitely a "new" artist then.
