I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas, and I hope that Char, jj, and all other Canadian Corfidians have a splendid Boxing Day. I am still not sure what that is exactly, but i wish you a good one nonetheless!

In Australia, Boxing Day is the year's biggest day for heading out of town on vacation and the year's biggest day for cricket. In Melbourne, Christmas Day was 31degC (88degF) and Boxing Day saw a world record cricket attendance (91,092) at the Melbourne Cricket Ground for the first day of the 5-day match between Australia and England.

Borderston (walter) here wishing a slightly
belated Merry Christmas and Happy new Year to you all. .

My apologies for getting here sooner,I've been so pre-occupied
with Christmas shopping and job searching,it unfortunatley slipped my mind.

The good news is,once again, staring a new position on January the 6th. Keep your finger crossed and prayers for me folks. I want to get back iin my own driver's seat once again.

I hope all here had wonderful times yesterday with you and yours yesterday,I know I did.

So, as 2013 winds down let me conclude by
saying ," I hope 2014 brings you all the happiest of days."
