Gord mentioned in Australian radio discussion 12Aug2025
An hour ago on Melbourne's 3AW radio station, the two breakfast hosts mentioned that the music act before this year's Australian Football League Grand Final (on Sep27) is Snoop Dogg, then mentioned Reserve Bank of Australia governor Michele Bullock (but I didn't hear the context) and then one played a few bars of "If You Could Read My Mind" and the other one said "What - we've gone from Snoop Dogg to Gordon Lightfoot!"
After the news break, it all made sense, because they played the first two verses of IYCRMM and then interviewed an economics expert about whether the RBA's scheduled decision re the official interest rate will be a decrease.
