Default Omaha Concert venue has no info about concert

Just called the Omaha concert site for some ticket info
Holland Center For The Performing Arts
I talked to someone at the ticket desk today at 4PM Cental time
They have no info about a Lightfoot concert being at their venue. Their show list shows some activities up to April 2010. I don't know if they just haven't gotten around to updating the info or what. But the lady at the ticket desk said that was the first she heard of it...
Now I'm wondering about Omaha?

Kevin

Default Re: Omaha Concert venue has no info about concert

I had an email from a rep from the Holland Center. He said that the Oct. 1 date is being held for the promoter, but that no contract had been signed. I have tickets in hand for Sept 30 (Fargo) and Oct 2 (Sioux Falls, SD.)

Stay tuned.

I wonder how many GL tickets never get sold because concert dates are not confirmed and advertised far enough in advance. It's less than 3 months until the October 1 concert and it is not confirmed?? (People's calendars start to fill out with such short notice and unless a performer is really a big name act- I think late notice hurts ticket sales.)

Re: October 1 (Omaha)

The Holland Center website has announced ticket Gordon tickets will go on sale Friday July 31 at 10:00 Central.

With "Ring Neck Loon" and "Fine as Fine Can Be" in the Michigan set lists this week, the concerts should be great!
