ok, "cake went down" was a sick Fitz joke ... but I don't regret it
i think most display cakes are just made with plaster, by designers (est. $300) ... then, for eating, a 60 lb. edible slab is picked up at a costco (est. $25)
if costco were a drive through, our vehicles would tip over sideways... kinda like the opening credits cartoon clip for the Ftinstones
