Choir versions

Too bad this gets cut before it fully develops... i think ROL is my favourite recording of Gord's in the last 24 years ... really enjoy him singing it live in Hamilton at the comeback performance

Re: Choir versions

I enjoyed both! I didn't realize there were so many (any!) choir renditions of Gord's songs.

He does Clouds of Loneliness quite a bit at concerts...wish he'd do River of Light or Sometimes I Wish for a change.

Re: Choir versions

hey Lisa!
before we performed at St Paul's in Orillia last week (that's where Gord first performed publicly as a 5 yr old), the choir sang a few songs: Song for A Winter's Night, Pony Man and Pussywillows ... earlier they joined in singing along to a recording of Gord singing as a pre-teen soprano... char posted that :) ... I also wish he would sing Sometimes I Wish... I enjoyed River of Light live and Harmony too... I don't think I've heard him sing Inspiration Lady but the website shows he sang it a few times ... I enjoyed Shellfish live ... I think many would work with a choir... Summer Side of Life chorus!
