Aurora, Ontario - Lightfoot Nite - Ron Jones

I'll post Ron and Tim in several threads and forums for future easy access.

Got some bad news. One of the cameras stopped during Ron's tunes so it missed Ron's and Paul and I. For about 10 songs. All missed.

I hope the other camera has it. I won't know till I talk to Paul and his friend Jackie. It was there camera.

Here is the first one I got of Ron.

Tim coming shortly.

great stuff, as usual, ron!

thanks for sharing all of these performances, john...i'm enjoying them all:clap:

i can empathize and relate to the video tech probs but it's better that they happened with the video rather than with the live sound board...i can relate to that scenario even moreso...much work went into this evening, and it shows

Thank JJ, and yes, the guys and gals put a lot of work into this one. When I went for the sound check John was there with his lovely family and all were working full tilt setting things up.

A good time was had by all and the gig turned out to be a huge success.

Cheers, RJ.

Thanks Ann. Yes, it was a great show and we had a most joyous time.

A wonderful feeling it was being in the company of Paul who plays it like Red and John who sings it like Gord, both students of Red Shea. And they both did their homework well.

And of course the added treat of having Kathy and Tim with us really made it a full evening.

Kinda' missed not seeing you there but the November gigs are confirmed and pub sessions are also on for November. Hopefully we'll see some new faces with us on stage this year at the pub and make it a week long party.

Cheers, RJ.
