This Memorial Weekend they play the 700 most requested songs from the past 12 months. ( They startet with number 700 )
By accident I just listened to it in the car and on number 26 I heard a very familiar tune:

"The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald"

It clearly made my day!!

Claudia,

Didn't get to hear that. Pretty good though. Eh??
(Out of 700) ......but we did get together with friends, playing live music. Lots of fun just from amatures. I think even the dog liked it. (Mpls)

Sounds great Louise! All the time I get my guitar out, at least one of our two cats appears and places himself into the soft and furry guitar case, knowing very well that I don't like to have cat hair inside it, but who can resist...

What kind of music did you play?? I'm just nosy. Do you play an instrument??

I also thought that number 26 out of 700 was pretty cool!!

I just play keyboards, and a little guitar. Our son is the real guitar player. But, on Memorial Day My husband's friend brought his accordian over, and for some reason the dog loved it. He kept sitting RIGHT in front of it. And he makes little noises like he's singing or talking. (It's my daughter's dog, but I swear it must be a person re-incarnated. :D )
