Does anyone have the Much More Music show on video? I emailed and got the response that they can't sell it. American fans have gotten the short end of the stick where Gord on TV is concerned. Glad to here about the PBS special, but there's a lot more out there if we could just watch it!

I taped it! and watched it a dozen times!!
I can get a monitor and some tapes and run off copies if you want - cost of tape and postage is all!

I'd be interested in a copy. How many songs did he sing? Today is 1 year anniversary of seeing Gordon @ Meadowbrook(near Detroit), I had orchestra pit seats...his version of "Edmund Fitzgerald" was like listening to the record...note perfect. I wish he was coming around our way again this summer.

I don't know off hand how many songs he sang but it was 90 mminutes I think. He talked to a moderator in between songs. I'll have to watch it again to refresh my memory!
Char
I should make a set list up too!

Wow, thanks vimagee--16 songs! I'd like to hear him sing "Sundown" "14 Karat Gold" etc.
I always thought it was only one or two songs, did he sing "live" or was it taped? Char, that's alot of work(at cost) Do you think his record company will release the performance on DVD?
Happy 4th everybody!!!!

Charlene...I'd love to get a copy. You can email me at ath_akn@shsu.edu. That's my wife's email -- mine is changing next week.

I would also love a copy, but like Silver Heels I am also in the UK. If that's ok with you, please let me know the cost.

hi Painter - I'm back. I'll be in touch soon.
But for now - can we play US tapes on our videos or will we have to get them converted to UK lineage? I think Val told me once that we could. Anyhow, I'll do whatever is required. Can't wait to watch The Man in action again.
