PBS Special Video Tape

Does anyone know who the publisher of the PBS special is? Or, any source from where it may be purchased? The cover looks very much like the photography and graphics of the John Denver special which PBS used for a similar purpose. They may be produced by the same people??? Thanks

I have looked at every possible source in USA and Canada, and can't find this on VHS, DVD, or CD/Cassette.

My local PBS Station was giving it away as a bonus gift, and it's not even available on the PBS website. Go figure!
