In the words of Lightfoot himself at the Harmony CD release press conference last year, "I hope all you mothers out there have a Happy Mother's Day!"

Just had lunch with my Mom,her husband and my brother at about 1:30pm. Went to a nice Greek restaurant,we both gave her very heartfelt cards and very beautiful flowers.

Now of course,we're all full! :D

Hapy Mother's Day to all you Mommies!!!

Thanks! I had my flowers, candy, and meal out last night with Gabe and the kids. Today was marketing and a trip to the E.R.!! Joshua (5) accidentally beaned Rachel (9) with a broom handle -- only needed 3 staples in her head! Just all in a Mom's day's work, right ladies?!!!
Happy Mother's Day!! LOL!!

It was Rachel who got the beaning, but, thanks, Bru!! Oh, almost forgot... Joshua's in bed today... he seemed fine yesterday, late last night he climbed into our bed with a high fever. <sigh> Hey, Char!! When is the next Mother's Day??

My 16 year old has diabetes, and I'm up around 2:00 most nights checking her blood sugar level. I always thought that after I got the kids to sleep through the night when they were babies, that would be it for the 2:00 am wake-up calls! But, hey, that's motherhood, and i wouldn't have missed it for anything.
And Sheryl-when they were young, my brother hit my sister with a frozen steak-and broke her arm!!

I told Rachel as I was wiping the blood from her face that now we have matching scars -- I have one in the same location that my brother gave me when he picked up the trash bag and whacked me over the head with it at the same age!! I think it made her feel better, hahaha!
