I posted this here where it will get the most exposure. Haven't been around much but I guess I will let the cat out of the bag.
Seems it's my turn to be treated by Hamilton Health Sciences just as Mr.Lightfoot was.
Not one to be complaining etc or appearing to be a hypochondriac, for the last 18 months I have endured excruciating headaches some which wake me up at 4 am. Yesterday I saw the neurologist in Hamilton and he has ordered a CT scan for me as it's evident I have a problem with my balance when trying to walk.
I'm really hoping they won't find anything serious when they do the CT scan but it's a little unnerving to say the least.

Will send healing thoughts, Gord. Of course, it's scarey and very worrying but try and think positive. You will be ok.

I know it's easier said than done, but try not to dwell on it. I know lots of people who suffer from horrible, horrible headaches who have nothing serious wrong with them. I hope the scan shows you are normal, well, at least as far as the scan can reveal.

My thoughts are with you Gord,I know if I had better more effective insurance coverage,I'd have this ringing in my ears (which comes & goes) checked out. Sometimes,it keeps me awake until I finally conk out. So,I do hope yours is nothing serious. Best wishes,Borderstone.

Good luck Gord, I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you.
Just remember what a great job Hamilton did with their last patient named Gord, you're in good hands!

No I am not Gordon Lightfoot's son.... I am Gordon Henwood Sr's son.... I just think it's cool my dad had the presence of mind to name me Gord as well
Thank you for all your thoughts, when I know something I will make a post.

Michael, I know Gord answered your question, but I thought I'd clarify Brink's post as that is how I believe you came to the misconclusion that our fellow member, Gord, was Lightfoot's son. Those of us who have posted here a while remember Gord H. telling of his father's illness and that's what Brink was talking about
