After listening to 'Shadows' CD I decided to add I'll Do Anything to my small repertoire of Lightfoot songs. I got the lyrics from Wayne Francis' website, this saves me typing them out, just cut & paste. I saw that Wayne has added a small verse,

You may (Am) testify a(C)bout me, you might (Am) rest your weary (G) head
You might (Am) even try and (C) make me change my (G) mind

Where did that come from? I have listened closely to the song, cannot hear it anywhere. Come you GL experts what song is it from?

Mr. Ticker,

That's a good question. The Am chord in the verse you're referring to is not listed in the required chords at the top. Where that came from, I have no idea. You can blame Stationmaster for my lack of desire to peruse any more lyrics to see if it was simply misplaced, a typo if you will.

Good catch....
