Stationmaster has you credited with one, Char.
Even though I didn't participate a lot, I too enjoyed reading everyone's guesses and seeing your pictures, Stationmaster. I think in some cases, the "not so great" answers were even funnier than the great ones - i.e., every song being "I Used To Be A Country Singer" for a while, according to JJ
See you once you've settled in the home, SM!

It was all consuming for nearly 4 months. Started on 8-12 ended 12-8. Well, SM has a little while to think up the next event. (hint, hint). Hey Laurel thanks for the answers, I could hear you in Washington screaming out the answers.

Oh wow. I thought djb and bjb was the same person.
Ahh, but WE know who WE are, right bjb?
I had originally joined the group as David, then after being away for a bit I forgot my password. So I created djb without realizing we had a bjb in the group. Shortly thereafter I discovered that, in fact, I hadn't forgot my password after all. My username David seemed to be case sensitive and I had been trying with david. I think it's the side-effects of working too many night shifts.
So to make a short story not as short as it should be, djb just sort of stayed because my pc is set to log me into Corfid automatically, and I've never bothered to change it back.
So here it is:
djb = David = David from Orillia = David in Sweden = David from Orillia in Sweden = djb.
Got it, gang? If not, ask John Fowles. He knows for certain!

David from Sweden -- your last name isn't Johnson, is it? ooops, nope, it's Bradford. I used to know a David who moved to Sweden with his sister, Mary, and they were very popular there on TV with their variety show dance acts.

hey, as i sadly found out, cockiness will get you nowhere in this game, although somehow lsh seemed to get by, lol
well, really good guess cc but no go (hey, Stationmaster, no wonder you started this thread, there's a great feeling of power in THIS 'master' seat, lol)
it's "mr cool coming along the walk of fame" ....APPT, it was...agh, too hard?
i thought we'd try end the thread with GL's swan song (debatable), but that likely won't happen, lol
