This hasn't got anything directly involving Gord Lightfoot, but he came into mind lastnight while I was watching a Jann Arden interview on TV. It has been said that Gordon Lightfoot and Anne Murray are two of Canada's best products well I am gonna have to include Jann in this as well.
For those of us fortunate enough to have met Gord in person, we all know how level he is dealing with his fans, he comes across to me as a next door neighbour you haven't seen in awhile because you have been busy. He said it best a while ago that " I have got the same everyday stuff to deal with as everybody else, just more resources to handle it" and with that this ties this into Jann Arden.
She said almost the same thing herself and her demeanour in the interview was the same as Gord.... I can remember at one time being giddy enought to want to meet Gord and I feel the same way involving Jann Arden.
