Sheryl,
I was reduced to tears more than once...It was just emotional for me I guess. He got several standing 'O's...When he first came on stage, after The Wreck, after IYCRMM and Rainy Day People. The Reluctant Husband did enjoy himself, but figured I was over the edge most of the time, which I was. I could not beleive how excited I was! I mean, I'm a grown up, not a 13 year old!

Interlochen is an outdoor covered theatre that seats about 3000 I would guess. There were very few empty seats. I thought that the night air may have affected his voice. On CRT he sounded like he was getting hoarse.

Like I said in an earlier post, my eye sight is pretty poor right now, so I wasn't able to get a good look, so I mostly had to rely on my ears. It was a different approach for me who is a very visual type person. But it was like I heard things I never heard before. Went straight to my heart.
All in all, it was the best I've seen in a long time...of anyone. I am always amazed at how some songs can just take you back to a place where you used to be. I think Gord's music saw me through some troubling times and growing up. To see him again after 5 years, just overwhelmed me.

Oh gosh... this is mushy. Turning down Tony's offer of the Detroit tickets has made it even more emotional. But I have even a greater appreciation of THE MAN than ever before.

Hope you enjoy tonight's show! Have FUN!

Tony,
Were you able to sell your tickets? I bet you made someone's day!
Thanks again for the offer. It was very kind of you.
