I'm thinking that Mr. Potato Head's expression is,"Always On The Bright Side". (??)

The title is fine, but this time it's not about the title. The title is overrated and so is the potato. Why the potato? Because the potato is the clue! The clue is in the potato.

It has to do with a song that mentions a potato, but the mention of the potato is not all that obvious. It's kind of in the background.
The song is not about a potato, and the mention of a potato really doesn't make much sense.

Well,at the very least, tell us which decade it's from so we don't have to search all the lyrics on the site. Please?

LOLOL... Oh that was funny!
Bake a potato... bake a potato... bake a potato...
That probably doesn't make any sense to you, but it will to the few people who know the answer to the Mr. Potatohead thing.
