It probably is. I can't imagine anyone pretending to be Peewee, (just as I couldn't imagine anyone pretending to be Hamilton Camp when he posted in the Corfid guestbook years ago). Peewee is online regularly. In fact, it was he who told me that Red Shea had passed away.
Also - and further indicaiton that the new member is Peewee, he is one of the few people who usually spells his first name as one word!
