In the Songbook Gord mentioned that there were times when he wrote as confident as he did 'Keepin On Yearnin', but they were few and far in between. What and when were those "other times"?

I know it's been months since you typed this DMD3 but when I read it then I really had no answer. I believe one of those times was the,"Cold On The Shoulder" LP.
He was going through a divorce or seperation then and that would tend to lower one's confidence in themselves. He doesn't exactly come across as "joyful" on that album. I hope you get more answers. Aurevoir!:cool;
