The show at the Keswick Theatre on April 14th was great on many levels. The setlist was awesome, could someone please post it?
Aside from the music, which was spectacular, my wife and I got to meet "Charlene,"SilverHeels","vlmagee","Cathy","JBT " & "lavender" This website come to life - I WAS FLOORED!
Big thanks to Gabe and Lisa for pushing me to ask him for an autograph and to my wife, Lizanne for asking Gord if she could take a picture of Gord & I together. (he agreed, nice guy!)
Hope you all had safe trips home, more later.
Bill

It was great to meet you Bill!! Glad that Gord lived up to your expectations! He's very good about meeting his fans and signing autographs etc.
It was great to meet Lavender and JBT as well.
Hope you guys make it to Toronto in November!

Thanks Char. It was nice to meet you as well. I was looking for SilverHeels and you and also hoping to meet lavender and jbt. But Cathy and Val were a pleasant surprise. You should have seen my face when the person sitting right beside me turned and said, "are you Bill?" And I was happy that everyone turned out so "normal". You hear so many stories about "internet people"
If we can swing it we'll try for Toronto in November.

It was a pleasure to meet you too, Bill. I had read one of your previous posts about where you were sitting, and had decided that if you were sitting where you said, then you would be in my seat, and I'd have to take you outside to settle it! No way was I giving up my seat! When I sat down it took me a few minutes to work up the nerve to ask if you were Bill W. I'm glad I did. It was a great concert, huh?

Cathy,
I think my confusion about my seat location came when the box office person said "I can give you the FIRST two seats in front row center" I ASSUMED that meant the middle of the row having never sat in the FRONT ROW before - now I'm educated. But I'm glad you and Val were sitting there - it seemed like you guys belonged there, very cool indeed.
Hope we can run into you folks again. It's certainly a better view from up there even though my neck was getting a little kinked from looking up. And you can vouch for the fact that I did not clap along or shout like a fool. LOL

Hi SilverHeels,
It was very nice to meet you as well. My lovely wife couldn't believe how many people were asking "are you Bill?". We had a great time. JBT & lavender had the timing down just about perfectly so I didn't actually wait in the alley for Gord. They had located a convenient pub across the street and kept looking at the time. Lo and behold they said "we better go" and a few minutes later out he came. So we got to see you guys twice and Gord twice - what a package! Hope to see you all again sometime.

lavender & jbt,
We got some nice pics too, and yes the picture of Gord & me came out pretty good. Not quite as clear as the others but great!!
If Lizanne & I can swing it we're going to try for November. Sounds like fun. We'd love to see you guys there.
Char,
Thanks for the info.
Watchman,
I'm presently scannerless so I don't know how to post the pics (unfortunately in the excitement I never did get pictures of everyone) but I'm open to suggestions.
Peace all,
Bill
