With the hand held modern day technology and people walking down the street using it things like this are bound to happen as in the film.
Needless to say it's and old Sesame street film from back in the day witch was long before texting devices and cell phones but people who misuse them should see this film.
Many of them grew up with SS probably have since forgotten this important lesson.
BTW what's the name of the music used here? I've heard it elsewhere.
