Re: Saturday Dinner Pics
By the way if I don't look too chipper (but pretty in pink, eh?) I came down with a chest cold or something right before we left on the trip. I concocted a remedy of cold pills & 222s (which I had to see if they were real) which got me through the three days. I apologize if I missed speaking to anyone but I didn't want to cough on y'all.

Holy smokes, there's definitely something going around ... I've been battling that since last Wednesday and I keep running into people who say they've been suffering from the same thing.

Re: Saturday Dinner Pics
Really great pics Bill, thanks for sharing. Beautiful people... What is that huge building that we see in the window, looks mighty good. Toronto has a lot of beauty to see.
Nice looking bag with the instruments on it, must belong to Char ?

That's a "Little Jenney" made by JenneyR. It was one of 3 she raffled off in Nov.2006. I won two of them but put one back and kept this one.. I LOVE it! - It's images of guitars..

Sorry again - I hate to whine but I was way off my game on this trip, but still had a fantastic time. I had two Hawaiian shirts packed and wore one Friday but when it came time to get tarted up for Saturday night I was just like "nah I got nothing going on" so I ended up in the pink. So I'll wear it to the next one in June. Hopefully I'll be over this "whatever" by then, LOL.

I was fortunate enough to escape picking up any kind of virus on this trip T.G. and once again I thank you for advising me beforehand that you had a cold and not shaking my hand, as we'd never met before and I am usually most susceptible to picking up just about anything that's out there. I discovered a product called "Germ MD" that I used for the first time during the gigs and it seems to have worked. So far I'm ok and many of the folks I came in contact had colds etc. There is a post in the "small talk" segment that provides more information on that product. Thanks also for the cool bass runs there as well. Hopefully we can do it again next time round. RJ.

Ron, the pleasure was all mine. Thanks for doing such a superb job helping put together the tribute. I think Gord would have thought it was a very credible one if he had been able to drop in and grab a seat at McVeigh's.
Glad you've been able to escape the ravages of this nasty virus. It's a "wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy" type. I took a big turn for the worse Saturday and am still off work from it. But the end does seem to be in sight.
I'll be sure to check out the product you're referring to.
