This is a country singer I used to listen to when I was about 6-10 years old. I haven't heard anything about him for a long time now and I don't know how he is or have heard any of his later work. I haven't for some time either(a good while before I started liking Lightfoot).
But my favorite song of his was 'Texas Tornado'. Others were:

Has anyone else ever listened to him?
I also have really enjoyed his music over the years. I saw him in concert in 2000 in Dover, Delaware, USA after he released his Lessons Learned cd. He realeased a self titled cd in 2001 which I have and think is very good, but never got much airplay on country radio. It had a minor country hit called "Life Don't have to be so hard"
