"Battered and bruised I had pulled myself through
Every seen I would never repeat"
I got this from the song section of the forum. Ain't it supposed to be "Every SCENE I would never repeat"?

I found that Wayne's site has a lot of misspells. Wayne is a great guy and all, A Lightfoot devotee, but I used to go there for songs, and when we played Scrambles, there were errors.
{FADING AWAY} I suggest if you want, to check Gords song with error free, go to this link.
http://www.gordonlightfoot.com/songs.shtml
All the Gords song are there in alpabetical order, just click on the one you want and go crazy, much faster and easier, and if you find one that has a mistake do tell about it...Jesse.

There error free because Char, Lisa, Val and I typed them out. Obviously, we all know how to use the spell checker.

Yes, we really did. Well, I cheated a bit. I copied them from another site, ran them through spell check, changed the color and font and fixed a few incorrect words here and there. Hey, but it was fun, because I got to listen to a bunch of Lightfoot music for about 2 weeks. As I remember, I had to put on headphones, because the constant Lightfoot tunes were driving the kids crazy. That was back when they were in the rap phase.

Now there's a novel idea.
Their tastes have changed since then. Matt now listens to rock and folkier type music, and Dan listens to country a lot. Matt still plays that screaming, newer style of rock in his band, though. I told him it sounds like his lead singer has an extreme case of laryngitis.

Also put a "C" in front of 'Rock', that way it will be spelled as in a "Crock" of bull. :D
Actually, I prefer the rap music over that hard rock and metal shat.
