Re: SOUNDSTAGE // The Wreck Of The Edmund Fitzgerald !
Very nice Jesse Joe! Thanks.
Maybe it's time I dusted off my copy of that concert and give it a spin...
Just curious though, did you post this on You Tube?

Thanks for posting that clip. I had a VHS of this concert for years. Sadly, it got damaged in a basement flood about 5 years ago and was never viewable again. It's great that You-Tube can bring back segments of it. Thanks much for the opportunity to view it.

All I have to say is,"Awesome beyond awesome"!
This is one Lightfoot item,SOUNDSTAGE,that I still need to acquire for my GL collection. I'll get it one day but I am glad for this view of it. Thanks man!

Re: SOUNDSTAGE // The Wreck Of The Edmund Fitzgerald !
Your quite welcome man... This is one concert that I do have and the audio is not 100%. There are at least 2 more Corfidians that I know who do have it, and they tell me the same thing.
It was recorded in a TV studio, maybe that's the reason.
That has improved my morning dramatically.
I jerst lerv listening to that track....lifts me up every time.
Thanks for posting it...
Cor Blimey now there is a blast from the past I suspect that it is a good many months since we last heard from the Sydney Hooligan,he of the unwashed hairy armpits and all.Regarding the sound quality of the Soundstage video I have always thought that it was pretty good,It is the video quality that I find most disappointing. The DVD version apears to have been digitised from the same 4th generation VHS videotape as a previous VHS tape I had acquired which I know nust be at least a third generation copy
