Rob,"why" is S.I.W your favorite? That's easy,honesty. Just like you said at the end of the message,youlike it for that reason despite the subject matter. Gordon gets his point across without being either maudlin or sappy. Which is the same reason we all love his style.

Think about it..has a GL song ever made you nauseous with sentimentality? Made youu roll your eyes by being over dramatic? I don't think so,personally. "End Of All Time" has the same effect on me,totally hit me where I live.

On the subject of his marital status,I'm certain they've finalized their divorce by now. Yes,it's weird to think of a 65 year old person having to start from square one. If I were in that situation,I don't know if I'd even try again. Gord on the other hand,I believe will not give up so easily. He's never given up on his career,despite critics,so in the relationship dept. he has to be his own critic and decide if he wants to move forward or just fly solo.(Without Flying Blind if you know what I mean.)
