I think for the copy you mentioned I'd go to about $7 or $8. For a better copy $12. (I'd go higher if my job paid better.) I think it best to wait until Sept. 1st or so to mail it though,because it's been over 110 deg. for a couple weeks now here in AZ and I wouldn't want it to warp. It's clouded over today and "looks" like rain but I'll believe it when I'm waterlogged!
