I know he mentions "getting you with the hose and spoiling your sunday clothes", meaning you get wet, and the while you're at the "spin-dry" (where you take your clothes to the dryer) he'll "pass the pie around".
Don't know what he means by that, but I wish he'd write more songs like that...
