The most recent thing I found about "Pee Wee" Charles on most websites is that he appeared on "A Painter Passing Through." Sorry folks!
However,go to a site called Dr. Jack's:The Lightfoot Page and see said Dr. in a photo with Gord that looks like it was taken around the time of Endless Wire. Pretty cool!
