I did try it myself and found it did not work then I carefully said
"although Mende's upload link has expired,"
because upload/storage sites like sendspace usually have either a fixed time limit or automatically delete any files that
have not been accessed or downloaded for a stated period of time,
checking the FAQ at
http://www.sendspace.com reveals
"We do not delete active files. We will host the file indefinitely, until it becomes inactive, in the case of sendspace
Lite™ uploaders, unless they have purchased file bandwidth for that file. A file becomes inactive if it has not been
downloaded at least once during a 7 day period"
Anyway Jay I am pleased to see that at least one person has read my posting
I was beginning to think it had been masssively unapproved by the masses here,
and that I had either
- strayed off subject too much and/or made it "too long to go through"
- annoyed other dial-up users by giving lots of youtube links
- offended those wishing not to be faced with remembering the event of almost 10 years ago
