Do you both refer to the comments Gordon Lightfoot makes when he says: "This song was written during a thunderstorm in Cleveland"?

Hm, makes me wonder at what season of the year? Does it ever snow in Cleveland?

The image the song conjures makes be think that Gordon Lightfoot was indeed sitting at a table in a cozy room with an open fireplace when he wrote this song.
