Ignoring the idiot boy/girl for a moment a few things here are a good example to answer your question. Someone makes a joke/comment. Then someone else replies for the person, usually out of context, e.g. as if the joke was not a joke. Then the original person reads some of the stuff and apologizes or gets mad. And some posts that should be deleted by the administration just sort of hang around. But I'm with you joveski, let's talk about Gord.
